* Location: Oban
* Gross OTE Salary package: circa £30,000 (+ share of service charge + targeted bonus)
* Weekly working hours/days: 48 hours / 5 days

Your role involves assisting in various duties and tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of front-of-house operations, including administrative, customer service, and other practical tasks aligned with the position. The main focus is to deliver a polished customer experience that befitting a prestigious upscale restaurant.
To qualify for selection, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
* Industrial training from a renowned hospitality institute
* Personal alcohol licence
* Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
* Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
* Resident within a one-hour commute
