Role Summary: Panopto is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Writer to drive high-impact, conversion-focused content across web, campaigns, and customer storytelling. This strategic role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand, translating complex product insights into clear, benefit-driven narratives that drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline, with a focus on Higher Education through video technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Refine core narrative and write/optimize website copy and landing pages.
* Partner with Product Marketing to create high-performing content across channels.
* Develop end-to-end customer case studies by conducting interviews and uncovering business outcomes.
* Own the Panopto blog and ebooks, focusing on Higher Ed trends.
* Collaborate on content optimization for search and AI.
* Develop content for campaigns, social media, email, and nurture programs.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of B2B SaaS content writing experience, ideally in EdTech or Higher Education.
* Strong writing, storytelling, and interviewing skills.
* Understanding of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional collaborations.
* Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Semrush, and GA4 is a plus.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year
