Your role will involve maintaining efficiency and effectiveness while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines.What you will be doing:Collaborating with your team to ensure adherence to internal procedures, pension legislation, and service standardsAssisting the Team Leader in workload management to optimize efficiency and address any obstacles hindering team performanceCoordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to promptly resolve service issuesWorking alongside our client relationship management team to efficiently handle resources and meet client expectationsContributing to the development and training of team members to meet both company standards and individual career aspirationsGenerating timely Administration reports for clients and addressing any related queriesProviding support in the complaints procedure process, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation as neededWhat we are looking for:Proficiency in DB (Defined Benefit) pensions administration, legislation, and regulationSome experience in supervision or management, with a knack for effective coaching and developmentStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and monitor tasks within your teamProficiency in MS Office suite and pension administration systemsAbility to maintain composure under pressureA PMI qualification would be advantageous This role will ideally be aligned to an Aptia Office in the UK on a hybrid-working basis.
