We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of CQM Senior Product Analyst.
As a Senior Product Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the delivery of projects to improve our client experience across CMB. This position is responsible for leading analysis of customer facing business processes with a specific focus on contact centre and digital technologies and how they can contribute to delivering a ‘best in industry’ servicing proposition for CMB customers. As an Analyst you will be involved from initial scoping, discovery and documentation of requirements right through to post implementation continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:
* Support Product Managers in resolving day to day activities for servicing capabilities, address queries from markets and leadership teams across markets, data analysis and presentation for senior management reporting
* Responsible for working in conjunction with third parties to deliver and manage new and existing solutions
* Build excellent relationships with Product, Technology, Risk and Operations teams to help create a “one team” approach for planning, delivery and execution
* Create, own and maintain the requirement backlog. Ensure the wider team and business stakeholders understand the backlog
* Work with the transformation team to establish governance and controls to manage the requirements gathering and business engagement
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Business/Product Analyst
* Strong understanding of the product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development, testing and execution
* Experience of managing 3rd party agencies and consultancies
* Understanding of how the changing regulatory environment has impacts on the product design process
* Working with requirements gathering and journey mapping, working directly with business stakeholders. Able to articulate how these requirements are elaborated and validated.
This is a hybrid role and can be based in Birmingham, Chester, Hamilton, London or Sheffield.
