Core3 are delighted to partner with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS scale-up to recruit an experienced FP&A Analyst on an interim, fully remote basis. £300-£400 per day (outside IR35), 4-6 week project, immediate start.
Why join our client?
Our client is an ambitious, high-growth SaaS business backed by private equity, currently scaling rapidly. With headcount doubling over the last 18 months and YoY growth of over 40%, they are transitioning from a services-based model to a full SaaS platform offering.
Their culture is remote-first, fast-paced, and built on collaboration. They are agile, ambitious, and focused on building scalable, tech-enabled finance systems to support their continued growth. You'll work closely with a pragmatic CFO and leadership team who value clarity, pace, and results over red tape.
How you'll make an impact
This is a hands-on FP&A Analyst role where you'll drive three core projects:
Build and deliver a suite of investor-grade dashboards
Create dynamic dashboards across key SaaS and financial metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC/LTV, Rule of 40, runway, burn multiple), drawing from CRM, finance, and marketing data via Coupler.io and other sources. Present actionable insights to both the Board and department leaders.
Automate SaaS revenue recognition and margin reporting
Move the business away from spreadsheet-based reconciliations by implementing scalable processes to support growing subscription revenues (currently 30-40% of total and rising fast).
Streamline and document scalable finance processes
Identify automation opportunities, avoid unnecessary headcount growth, and embed a KPI glossary and sustainable handover for the team.
Why our client is excited about you
You'll be someone who can hit the ground running and deliver fast, high-quality results in a dynamic environment. You combine strong financial acumen with a data-driven mindset and know how to turn raw data into investor-ready insight.
Qualified Accountant or experienced FP&A Analyst
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn, Rule of 40, etc.)

Previous experience in a PE/VC-backed scale-up preferred
