Looking urgently for a Partnerships and Community Manager to sit at the heart of growth — someone who can turn relationships into impact and community into brand power.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a connector, strategist, and cultural operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to build genuine, long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Partnerships
1. Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships aligned with our performance and cultural positioning
2. Develop compelling proposals across outdoor, sport, lifestyle, and culture
3. Lead negotiations and manage partnerships end-to-end — from intro to activation
4. Build lasting relationships with brands, athletes, creators, and organisations
5. Deliver co-branded campaigns and collaborations that drive awareness, credibility, and growth
Community
6. Own and execute our community strategy, building an authentic, engaged brand ecosystem
7. Build and manage ambassador and creator programmes aligned with our identity
8. Foster deep relationships with athletes, creators, and cultural connectors
9. Plan and deliver community-led activations, campaigns, and stories
10. Represent the brand at key events, activations, and cultural moments
11. Host community experiences that strengthen loyalty and connection
What We’re Looking For
12. 3–5+ years’ experience in partnerships, community, or brand marketing
13. Proven ability to secure and manage high-impact partnerships
14. Experience within outdoor, performance, sport, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands
