About Our Graduate Programme: a dynamic two-year Graduate Programme that combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. You’ll dive into hands-on experiences alongside our industry-leading teams, equipping you with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your engineering career. From day one, you’ll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the Process department, enabling you to apply your technical knowledge in real-world settings with ongoing support from experienced professionals. You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects and develop a well-rounded skill set including communication, collaboration and leadership.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Producing and delivering high-quality design documents and drawings to support the process team on key projects.
* Developing calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings for the design and construction of complex process engineering systems, equipment, facilities, and buildings across major pharmaceutical, chemical, and defence projects in the UK and internationally.


What We’re Looking For

* 2:1 in a relevant engineering degree, such as Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering.
