Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join a busy lettings team in a varied coordination role. Working closely with Property Manager and Negotiators, you will play a key part in managing the full tenancy lifecycle. This role offers excellent long-term development within a supportive and progressive business. Key Responsibilities: Manage and negotiate tenancy renewals for student properties Draft and issue renewal agreements Act as a key point of contact between tenants and landlords Support tenancy progression, including preparing and issuing tenancy agreements Complete Right to Rent checks and ensure all compliance documentation is in place Assist with tenancy deposit returns and liaise with landlords regarding deductions Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role (property experience beneficial but not essential) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Confident communication and people skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using property management systems A proactive and team-oriented approach Package and Benefits: Basic salary £26,500 Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5pm (no weekends) 25 days holiday bank holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities
