Person Specification
Qualifications
* You will need to have a relevant care qualification, such as a NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, or equivalent. Experience working in a senior care role is also desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care are essential.
