What You'll Be Doing Provide end-user support across Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS & Android devices Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Exchange & Microsoft 365 Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve connectivity problems Prepare and rebuild laptops, install job-specific software, and support AV tech in meeting rooms Support server environments (Windows Server 2012, VMWARE, Sophos) Manage telephony systems (Skype for Business & 8x8), including call groups and IVR setups Document procedures and assist in IT training for apprentices and colleagues What We're Looking For Previous experience in an IT support/service desk role Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Confident supporting remote users and delivering high-quality customer service Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN access & mobile device support A flexible, team-focused, and enthusiastic approach Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required) Why Join?
