The role is for Sessional Childcare Practitioners in Fraserburgh. It is an ‘as and when required’ position that fits around the group’s needs and your availability. The hourly rate is £12.60–£12.92 per hour.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified and unqualified childcare practitioners are invited to work in our after‑school clubs, Saturdays, and holiday play schemes. Ideal candidates will have some experience working with children with additional support needs (ASN).
Role
The successful candidate will provide high‑quality childcare for children and young people with additional support needs, and will support the Service Manager and the existing team. This role is ideal for those looking to start or further a career in childcare and offers a pathway to formal qualifications.
Setting
The Fraserburgh group is based in Westfield School and serves primary and secondary‑aged children with ASN. The schedule is after‑school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during term time, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during school holidays, and Saturdays year‑round.
