Your Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing key HR processes and ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering and overseeing bi-weekly payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Conducting exit interviews and providing actionable insights to enhance employee retention strategies.
* Assisting with salary reviews and compensation planning to maintain competitive pay structures.
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, updating documentation as necessary.
* Handling immigration paperwork and providing support for visa-related processes.
* Preparing detailed HR reports and performing data analysis for workforce planning and decision-making.
* Maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information and records.
* Supporting onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
* Collaborating on HR projects and initiatives to meet local and regional objectives.
* Providing guidance on HR systems, including SuccessFactors and other tools, to optimize efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with payroll experience preferred.
* Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office applications.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding procedures.
* Knowledge of payroll systems, including ADP, and experience managing payroll for mid-sized teams.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
