Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support community safety partners through analytical insights. This role involves data collection, analysis, and presentation to identify crime and disorder trends, providing actionable insights to aid decision-making and resource targeting.
The successful candidate will have experience or education in data analysis, with skills in identifying patterns and developing inferences from datasets. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including office and home-based work, with access to training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Community Safety Partnerships with analytical work.
* Identify trends in crime and disorder using police and community safety datasets.
* Develop insights to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
Requirements:
* Experience or degree in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
* Ability to analyze datasets and identify patterns.
* Good communication skills for presenting insights.
