Job Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1:2:1 Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream school in Staffordshire commencing in September. The school is an inclusive mainstream setting that requires a Learning Support Assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
You will support children with special educational needs and disabilities, working in a classroom environment and following direction from a class teacher. You will perform personal care tasks, including manual handling, and be comfortable with various support routines.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities. NVQ Level 3 in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent. Certificates in manual handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
