About the role As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the client services team. The role will primarily focus on a major national retail client, offering daily check-ins and hands-on support. You’ll act as a true extension of the client’s team - building strong relationships, leading strategic conversations, and working closely with internal strategy and studio teams. Organisation goes without saying. You’ll be responsible for preparing proposals, managing budgets, timelines, and liaising with external suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery. The role also includes supporting a small number of additional retail accounts.
