Customer Service Administrator My client is a leading organisation based in Belfast. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027. Working hours: Mon to Thurs 9am-5.30pm and Fri 9am-3pm Salary - £24,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience. Closing Date Friday 5th December Job Purpose: You will be responsible for providing internal and external support in the management of supply activities and will be coordinated by the Account Manager. Essential Criteria: Previous experience within a customer focused environment. Hold at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics. IT proficient with good computer literacy across a range of packages. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Flexibility to travel to other sites and locations as required to meet the demands of the job as well as working hours. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands. Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources. Provide internal support for Commercial Team. Co-ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding. Maintain and update customer records. Deal efficiently with customer complaints. Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders. Collating and generating internal production requirements. Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties. Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements. Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker. Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement. Attend customer off-site visits when necessary.
