About the role
Our Change and Transformation team is key to enabling the business to achieve its strategic goals. We are looking for a Change Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of priority outcomes and ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery across the organisation.
What you’ll do
* Bring cross‑functional resources together to tackle a wide range of business problems.
* Provide clear communication and coordination between delivery teams and wider business stakeholders.
* Adapt your methodology and style to suit different scenarios.
* Challenge and stress‑test plans, scope and delivery approaches.
* Navigate ambiguity when processes are not clearly defined.
* Identify ways to improve overall efficiency and ways of working for delivery teams.
* Utilise appropriate delivery approaches and techniques to drive successful end‑to‑end delivery.
* Ensure the successful implementation and review of change in a dynamic and well‑governed manner.
* Plan, forecast, manage uncertainty, metrics, and contingency while maintaining clear communication of progress and risks to stakeholders.
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies and status reporting for your outcomes.
* Maintain delivery cadence and manage relationships across teams.
* Escalate when appropriate and seek support proactively.
* Advise teams on continuous improvement, coaching and fostering an open, collaborative environment.
* Contribute to team‑level processes, Communities of Practice, Business Resource Groups, and other knowledge‑sharing forums.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience delivering change in a fast‑paced environment using Agile and other project management frameworks.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn problems into actionable work.
* Experience managing cross‑team dependencies, risks and issues.
* Comfortable leading through ambiguity in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
* Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills.
* A credible track record of governance, reporting and improving delivery effectiveness.
* Comfortable working in a complex regulated environment (experience desirable).
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage teams and stakeholders.
* High emotional intelligence and the ability to read the room.
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model that allows you to work from our office and from home, with a flexible arrangement where you’ll be based in the office three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
