Your role is to provide a meaningful & unexpected Prada Beauty Experience and elevate Prada Beauty Services to customers both in-store and online to achieve sales targets and build customer loyalty.
1. Act as a true Brand Ambassador (Grooming, Attitude, Tone of Voice), consistently demonstrating Prada brand values & engagement.
2. Share your passion for beauty, product knowledge, and application techniques with customers.
3. Demonstrate expert skincare, colour, or fragrance knowledge with proficiency in application techniques.
4. Provide beauty/fragrance advice and consultations to create memorable customer experiences, leveraging brand storytelling & beauty tech tools.
5. Build strong emotional bonds with customers through active listening and reading between the lines.
6. Generate sales to meet targets by applying brand selling methods, including link-selling and cross-selling.
7. Capture customer data for loyalty purposes in compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Stay updated on beauty trends and competition both offline and online.
9. Upskill continuously to adapt to the evolving luxury, beauty, and retail sectors.

Your KPIs include customer satisfaction (NPS/Customer Experience Score), sell-out targets, productivity metrics, data capture, and human connection indicators.
Induction will be face-to-face with the Prada education manager, followed by a comprehensive training program combining regional face-to-face sessions, digital e-learning, and live sessions to support your success.
You will wear a Prada Beauty suit and accessories, receive Prada beauty products, and have access to e-learning modules for personal development, supported by industry-leading experiences.
