Teaching Personnel is currently seeking Level 3 Teaching Assistant's and Nursery Assistant's to join our welcoming and supportive early years setting in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional who is committed to helping children aged 0–11 grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Provide high-quality care and individual support to children across all areas of development
* Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress and development
* Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A warm, positive, and patient approach
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we can assist)
