We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Radiographer to join our client's team in Oxford. This role involves working across two locations, providing high-quality imaging services to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The successful candidate will be a key member of their radiology department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of radiographic examinations, ensuring high standards of imaging quality and patient safety.
* Operate imaging equipment, position patients, and produce diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.
* Maintain accurate patient records, adhere to radiation protection guidelines, and participate in quality assurance activities.
* Provide support and guidance to junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Registered Radiographer with the HCPC.
* Experience in general radiography within a clinical setting.
* Proficient in the use of radiographic equipment and imaging techniques.
* Strong understanding of radiation protection principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
