A permanent opportunity for a full time Receptionist/Administrator to work fully onsite Monday - Friday - 42 hours per week. This role offers onsite parking and a Company Bonus. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-focused individual to join a very busy team to work onsite. This is a varied role where you wil be providing a warm welcome, delivering excellent service, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them with care and professionalism while receiving items and information. You will handle telephone enquiries with empathy, ensuring messages are accurately relayed. You will be assist in preparing of notices in newspapers and on social media. Administrative responsibilities include producing client literature, preparing invoices, processing payments, and supporting supplier accounts. Alongside this, you will use Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the opportunity to work with Xero, and assist with bank reconciliations and general administration duties.
