Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with month-end processes and financial controls.
• Support the wider finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, including foreign currency accounts.
• Process and post stock and non-stock invoices, ensuring correct nominal coding.
• Post sales ledger cash accurately and in a timely manner.
• Analyse and process credit card statements and employee expenses.
Candidate Profile:
• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business.
• Highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and experience with finance systems such as Sage.
