We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior management group as Director of Digital Infrastructure & Operations. This is a strategic role at the heart of our digital transformation, responsible for ensuring the resilience, security, and efficiency of the University's technical backbone.
As Director, you will: lead critical functions including IT Operations, Cyber Security, Networking, Identity & Access, Platforms, AV, and IT Asset Management; drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and best practices, ensure robust security, business continuity, and disaster recovery across all digital services, champion sustainability by embedding environmentally responsible practices in digital operations, manage substantial budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and value for money, and play a key role in shaping and delivering the University's strategic plan, working collaboratively across senior leadership.
About You: you are an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in IT infrastructure and operations within complex organisations, you combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise, and you excel at leading high-performing teams through change, you have strong financial acumen, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential.
