We are seeking an English enthusiast, experienced or newly qualified, who is deeply passionate about language and literature to join a high‑performing English department. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 8 colleagues, contributing to an ambitious English curriculum that is well sequenced and enhanced by activities such as theatre visits and writing workshops. You must be driven to continuously improve, be an excellent team participant, and have very strong subject knowledge.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to the English department as part of a team of eight colleagues, supporting curriculum planning and delivery.
* Engage with a well‑sequenced English curriculum and participate in enhancement activities such as theatre visits and writing workshops.
* Actively participate in department meetings, professional development, and school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experienced teacher or newly qualified English specialist with a deep passion for language and literature.
* Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement.
