This is a full time, permanent role working as a Nurse Case Manager (complex care), in the Merseyside, Cheshire, and Lancashire region. The role is to work Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, with no nights, weekends, or bank holiday working. The salary is £43,000 per annum. You must be a driver with car for this community role.
What Youll Do
As a Community Registered Nurse, youll play a key role in supporting and overseeing high-quality care for individuals with complex health needs, including those with:

* Acquired brain injuries or trauma
