Be part of something new - we're looking for 3 seasoned professionals in a newly created Continence Division within the organisation. This role will be pivotal in shaping the division's presence, strategy, and growth across the West & East Midlands with a focus on driving adoption of continence solutions in both acute and community settings.
THE ROLE:
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing, winning, and growing business across NHS trusts, community services, and nursing homes throughout the North. You will sell a portfolio of continence products into a broad range of healthcare providers, building strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders including consultants, urology nurse specialists, continence teams and framework managers.
With a focus on formulary inclusion & new business development, this role represents an opportunity to pioneer a brand-new division in a well-established healthcare business. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in product placement and education to healthcare teams, supporting best practice and improving patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the specialist nature of the role, we are looking for candidates who have:
1. At least 2 years' experience of working within continence/urology across NHS and community settings
2. Strong knowledge of the drug tariffand experience with formulary inclusion (highly desirable)
3. OR we will also consider clinicians with a commercial edge e.g. District nurses/urology nurses specialists wanting a sales career
4. The ability to build credible and influential relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders
5. A self-starter mindset, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a start-up style environment within an established business

The Package for Business Development Manager:
6. Basic: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
7. Commission: £22,000 - £35,000 uncapped
8. Car: £625 per month car allowance
9. Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, European trip incentives, rewards etc.
