Skillset (Meeting Room Support)
1. High level of customer-facing service skills,
2. Confident in speaking to people of a high level in business.
3. Confident in entering a meeting already taking place to resolve issues in a professional manner.
4. Previous experience of dealing with meeting room equipment is required.
5. Technical training will be provided on the specific type of kit in use by the customer.
Skillset (Asset Management)
6. High level of customer service skills
7. Manage reports sent by the customer of employees leaving the business in the next 7 days
8. Check the customer toolset for details of the asset.
9. Contact the leavers' manager directly or via an email template to explain how to manage the laptop the leaver had been issued. (How to raise the correct Laptop Reassignment Request in Tech)
Duties, (Meeting Room Support)
10. Engineer to check roughly 7 Executive Meeting Rooms to ensure all conferencing kit is set up and functioning normally prior to any planned meetings.
11. Engineers will also be available throughout the day to support any meeting room issues reported during the day. (Issues will likely be reported via the Tech Bar)
12. Floor walk meeting rooms are located throughout the building to check for any issues during the working day.
