Teaching Personnel is seeking a Lunchtime Support Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming school in the Swansea area.
Hours: 11:30am – 1:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Location: Swansea
Start Date: ASAP
This role is ideal for anyone who needs flexibility around the school run — work during the middle of the day while still being free for mornings and afternoons!
Your Role:
Help create a safe, enjoyable and positive lunchtime experience for pupils. You’ll supervise playtimes, encourage good behaviour and ensure all children feel happy and supported during their break.

• Friendly, dependable and confident working with children
• Able to encourage positive behaviour and promote safety on the playground
• Available during term-time with a caring and enthusiastic approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
