Were partnering with a rapidly growing, founder-led organisation that has scaled to £350m+ turnover in just 15 years and continues to expand globally across Europe and the US.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across their pharmaceutical services offering, including clinical trial support, comparator sourcing, and packaging solutions.
Youll take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking through to pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
What were looking for:
* Proven track record selling into the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong experience in business development / new business generation
* Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles
* Experience with clinical trial services, comparator sourcing, or related areas is highly advantageous
This is an office-based role in Marlow candidates must be within a 1-hour commute
