This role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all Eon Control Solutions project works, ensuring a professional and first-class service to internal stakeholders and customers alike. The role involves delivering projects on time and on budget while promoting quality and observing the Eon Control Solutions H&S policy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Full cost management of allocated projects
* Adhere to all company ISO, H&S procedures & policies
* Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM requirements, including documentation
* Attend site progress meetings and produce weekly reports
* Manage project variations and interim payments
* Support final account agreements with regional or commercial managers
* Maintain up-to-date ECS project files
* Coordinate with estimating/sales teams at technical and commercial levels
* Attend project handover meetings
* Create and manage project programs
* Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and C2C reports
* Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Procure control items and size control valves
* Approve control panel drawings and designs
* Forecast labor and manage project resources, including design and delivery
* Manage subcontractors and evaluate their performance
* Ensure operatives are trained appropriately
* Carry out project design, including technical submissions and external design reviews
Additional Responsibilities
* Prepare O&M manuals, commissioning/witnessing packs, and store all documentation upon project completion
* Attend training courses and meetings as required
* Ensure adherence to ECS method statements and risk assessments, updating as needed
* Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management
