We are delighted to be working with a small, award-winning law firm on a newly created HR Business Partner opportunity. Reporting into the Head of HR, this position will drive talent management, development and engagement strategies, manage day-to-day HR activities as well as lead on projects (implementing a new HRIS).
This is an initial 6-month FTC, so you will be immediately available, but a permanent role is on offer for the right individual. We would also consider someone looking for part-time - 4 days / week.
There are no direct reports to the role, but you will act as a senior member and mentor junior members of the People team.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a background in law or professional services industry experience and have operated at a similar level within an SME.
Our client operates a flexible hybrid model with 2-3 days needed in the London office.
