£30,000 - £35,000

Must haves to be an Insurance Support Assistant
* You must be someone with an aptitude for learning and happy to manage a large workload, efficiently and effectively
* Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
* Data privacy conscious
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to haves to be an Insurance Support Assistant
* Previous Insurance experience specifically within Household would be hugely beneficial
* Strong knowledge of insurance operations, products, and the industry
* Cert Cii or a willingness to study towards
So, what will you be doing
* Within this role you will provide high quality service to the insurance industry and members of public with their queries, ensuring that SLAs are met, predominantly communicating via email, Zendesk and phone
* Constantly monitor and respond to all queries and seek escalation or further guidance where required
* Train and become an expert on all types of queries received full training provided
* Perform validatory checks on claims and premium data received
* Triage, report and monitor service desk requests
* Escalate complex or delayed cases when necessary
