About the Role
As a Legal PA, you will play a crucial role in directly supporting a Senior Partner and offering support to a small wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a rewarding position. The office is very accessible via all public transport routes and does offer free onsite parking.
What You’ll Do
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Partner and 2 legal professionals
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
* Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
* Maintain and organise files, both electronic and physical
* Assist with billing and invoicing processes
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to streamline workflows
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a legal environment - litigation is preferred but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Proven work history of working under the strictest of confidentiality and upmost professionalism
