Milton Keynes College are looking for a proactive and customer service orientated individual to support with effective administration processes and demands, in one of our college-based curriculum teams.
You’ll be confident working with digital systems, process driven and able to work at pace. You will be a people person, comfortable dealing with a variety of staff (including other education administrators across college), students, and parents/carers.
As an education administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks such as enrolments, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining registers, timetables and a variety of administrative systems. You will be required to communicate with students effectively on matters affecting their learning experience, e.g. absence, timetable changes, visit queries, matters relating to uniform and kit; this could be via telephone, email and/or letter.
It’s important that you can work efficiently: attention to detail and being able to negotiate ever changing priorities are vital in this role.
With the support of your colleagues, you will play a pivotal role ensuring smooth running of the department and a positive experience for our students.
