Company Description
Are you looking for some extra work on weekends?
Maybe even just a couple of hours to help make a difference to others?
Home Instead Dartford is a fast-growing family-run business with a personal touch and great passion, as well as part of the leading home care provider in the country.
We are proud winners of a Workbuzz 5* Employer Award for five years running and have been rated 'Good' in all areas by CQC.
We cover Belvedere, Erith, Bexley, Dartford, West Gravesend, and surrounding areas and are looking for kind and compassionate home care workers who love to care and help others.
To us, it really IS personal. We want to promote that personal relationship. We want you to understand the client and provide better, more personal care. This builds trust and confidence for both of you and reassures the families.
You will be allocated the same client as often as possible to maintain continuity.
Our visits are a minimum of 1 hour long to allow you to get to know your clients and build meaningful relationships; no rushed visits, with enough time scheduled to reach your next client.
