Support delivery of statutory duties under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and related national standards. Maintain and develop emergency plans and frameworks, ensuring information is accessible and well-managed. Liaise with local partners and government departments to align planning activities and drive delivery. Ensure robust meeting support and governance arrangements, including accurate records and secure documentation. Monitor shared communications, respond to correspondence, and brief senior stakeholders on emerging issues. Collate and share situational awareness updates across the network, chairing regular coordination calls.
