Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and colleagues with parts enquiries, orders, and availability. Process and manage parts orders accurately and efficiently using company systems. Liaise with suppliers and maintain good relationships to ensure timely delivery of stock. Maintain accurate parts stock levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Advise customers on appropriate parts and accessories, including technical specifications and compatibility. Support the workshop and sales teams by ensuring parts are available when needed to minimise vehicle downtime. Handle returns and warranty claims in line with company policies. Keep up to date with new products and developments in the automotive parts industry. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment within the parts department. Person Specification & Qualifications Previous experience in a similar parts advisor or automotive parts sales role is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner. Good IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and stock management systems. Ability to work well within a team and also independently when required. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive industry. Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
