As a Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues, Teaching Assistants, and support staff to enhance the learning experience. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a culture of respect and achievement. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual learning styles and abilities. Requirements for Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Previous classroom teaching experience within the UK education system. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A creative, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching. A passion for helping young learners achieve their best. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
