EA Associates are working with a leading contractor operating on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects -Sizewell C. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for Trainee Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Project Managers to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career within construction and civil engineering, gaining hands-on experience on a nationally important project.
The Roles
As a trainee, you will be supported by experienced professionals and exposed to all stages of project delivery, with responsibilities including:

Assisting with cost management, forecasting and reporting (Quantity Surveying pathway)
*
Supporting planning, coordination and site activities (Project Management pathway)
*
Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and senior management
*
Developing technical, commercial and project control skills
*
Learning best practice within a large-scale, complex construction environment
The Ideal Candidate
*
Interested in studying towards a relevant qualification (Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or similar)
*
Alternatively, strong practical construction experience with a desire to move into a professional role
*
Motivated, organised and eager to learn
*
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
*
Interest in major infrastructure and long-term career progression
