QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HOUSING Location: Nottinghamshire Salary: Competitive + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential developer delivering a major multi-tenure housing scheme within Nottinghamshire. This role would suit an ambitious commercial professional who thrives within a fast-paced housebuilding environment and is comfortable managing large-scale developments from a commercial perspective. The Role Working as part of an established commercial team, you will take responsibility for the commercial performance of a significant residential development comprising a mix of private sale, affordable housing and partnership-led housing products.
