Job Description: Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the overall successful delivery of a project within an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. Responsibilities include managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies, delivering applications, services, products, or platforms, ensuring governance, standards, and quality metrics are adhered to, supporting presales and business development efforts, and motivating teams to create an inclusive culture aligned with Version 1 Core Values.
Qualifications: Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering technology projects in Financial Services, consultancy experience, leadership of delivery teams in multi-supplier engagements, a background in technology, effective communication and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, presales and business development experience, and the ability to build high-caliber delivery teams.
