Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring care and education to our children

* Follow the SEND code of practice
* Be responsible for administrative duties associated with the role of nursery SENCo
* Maintain effective communication with outside agencies
* Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
* Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
* Champion our nursery’s values with families and visitors
* Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date
* Speak up—whether it’s to celebrate great practice or raise a concern
