Are you a highly skilled NZ registered teacher with a current practising certificate who is ready to use your expertise in a new way? Join our RTLB team in South Canterbury.
We are seeking a culturally responsive RTLB or experienced kaiako who works from a strengths-based perspective. Using the He Pikorua in Action framework, we collaborate with kaiako to enhance educational outcomes for mokopuna through evidence-based, inclusive practice.
Essential qualities and experience:

* Experience leading and supporting others
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Professional work ethic
* Ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
Applicants must hold a recognised degree and either:
* Meet the entry requirements to enrol in Massey University’s Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching, or
A full driver’s licence and use of your own vehicle are required.
Start date: 20 July 2026 (earlier start negotiable).
