Based in a stunning care home nestled in the countryside, this role offers the chance to deliver exceptional care in a peaceful and supportive environment. This is a full-time, permanent night shift position, ideal for someone with experience in elderly care who is looking to step into a senior role with purpose and progression. Working within a close-knit team, the Senior Healthcare Assistant will lead and support overnight care delivery for a small number of older residents, many of whom are living with dementia. The service focuses on providing high-quality residential and dementia care, where each resident is treated with dignity, compassion and respect. What We’re Looking For Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior Healthcare Assistant is essential. Experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care, is highly desirable. Ability to lead by example, with a caring and professional approach. Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
