Due to expansion & a growth strategy, Windtechs Ltd, part of the RSK Group, have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development/Sales Manager to join their team based in Dolfor, Newtown. This is a full-time, permanent position, which can be remote with travel as and when required.
The successful Business Development/Sales Manager will be working alongside RSK group businesses – over 200 companies, utilising Windtechs’ engineering skill set to enhance the ability to provide a whole turbine service.
Role Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining client relationships through frequent contact, networking and trade event attendance
* Research & investigate new opportunities within the existing knowledge & experience of the team or those that can be applied to new ventures
* Working with senior team to set a sales budget then responsible for delivery
* Commercial negotiation & pricing to bring new opportunities/ventures to fruition
* Conduct handovers of new opportunities/ventures to the Operations Team
* Marketing activities with support from other group businesses and central resources
Qualifications and Experience:
* Wind Industry knowledge required, preferably in provided services
* Ambitious, organised, strong communicator/presenter & self-motivated
* Commercial awareness with an attention to detail
* Driving licence
Salary and Benefits:
* £50,000 per annum
* 33 days holiday including BHs.
