Position: Swim Teacher/Instructor | Permanent | Part-Time
Salary: Up to £18 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 1 hour per week
We are Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We are seeking a confident, approachable individual with excellent communication skills to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons to our clients.
Requirements:
* ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
* Track record of achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching programs
Responsibilities:
* Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to meet their swimming goals
* Utilize every opportunity to facilitate learning and development
* Deliver individual and group lessons
* Serve as a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
* Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
* Promote memberships by highlighting facility benefits
* Complete necessary paperwork and conduct regular assessments for children within the swim school
* Potential to increase hours through private lessons and lesson coverage
