What You’ll Do You’ll act as the right-hand person to the Director, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the Director’s busy diary and ensuring meetings, events, and deadlines are well organised. Handling email correspondence, using discretion and professionalism at all times. Preparing expenses and financial reports accurately and on time. Coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and supporting recruitment processes. Attending key meetings to take minutes and circulate them promptly. Formatting and proofreading documents to a high standard. Assisting with event planning, project coordination, and the smooth flow of information across the team. Providing a wide range of admin support, keeping everything organised and running efficiently. What You Bring Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative support role. Excellent diary management and organisational skills. A calm, professional approach and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like MS Teams. Superb attention to detail and accuracy, even when juggling multiple tasks. A proactive mindset – able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise. Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
