The responsibilities of the position include:
* Welcoming customers and accurately identifying their vehicle service and repair needs
* Providing timely updates throughout the service process to ensure customer satisfaction
* Advising on additional work required and promoting relevant service and repair options
* Working closely with workshop teams to coordinate effective operations and schedule completions
* Preparing detailed cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services
* Finalising invoices and processing customer payments efficiently
* Supporting team members to uphold high standards of customer care and dealership professionalism
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
* Knowledge of Kerridge or comparable management systems
* Excellent IT skills alongside the ability to work independently
* Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repairs
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Confidence in estimating and evaluating vehicle repairs accurately
