Business Development Manager - Domicillary Care
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the day to day management and growth whilst continuing to preserve and raise the reputational profile of the service.
Role overview
This position links our in-house management team with clients and stakeholders to ensure continuity of impartial oversight, meet expectations, and support the challenges faced by the in-house team in a fast-moving domiciliary care sector. The successful candidate will build and maintain quality, respectful relationships based on integrity and trust, while balancing client and operational needs.
Responsibilities
* Support the current management team in day-to-day operations, focusing on strengthening teams to assist growth and delivering quality patient-centered care.
* Proactively build and maintain co-productive relationships with ICB commissioners, local authorities, other service providers/stakeholders, and the wider communities (including self-funding private clients).
* Oversee the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance and legal obligations are met, including CQC requirements.
