What youll be getting stuck into as a Commercial Property Manager
* Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across commercial assets
* Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and associated lease events
* Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial controls
* Managing health & safety compliance and statutory obligations
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing strategic advice
* Carrying out property inspections, reporting, and coordinating AGMs
